Folder or File but Without Name...?

would u like to make folder but whithout name... hehe...
its amazing...
but its so simple...
first of all select a folder or or file or make new folder or something...
then right click on it n click on rename...
and erase previous name...now hold RIGHT ALT botton n write 0160 from numpad...
now release alt botton n press enter...
thats all...
